Service Description

Available to Florida residents only, this comprehensive medical onboarding establishes a physician-patient relationship for individuals seeking formal metabolic medicine support alongside their oncology care. Before the visit, Dr. Peavler will review your completed intake, oncology history, current treatments, recent laboratory findings, medications, supplements, and up to 30 pages of carefully selected supporting records. During the consultation, you will review your current medical situation, identify major metabolic priorities and safety concerns, determine whether additional laboratory testing or prescription therapy is medically appropriate, and develop a clear initial care plan designed to complement and be discussed with your existing oncology team. This service includes: • Comprehensive review of your intake, recent laboratory findings, medications, supplements, and up to 30 pages of selected supporting records • Up to a two-hour telehealth consultation • Medication and supplement safety review • Laboratory orders and prescriptions when medically appropriate • A written Now, Next, and Later Care Plan • One 30-minute follow-up visit within 30 days • 60 days of included access to the Press-Pulse Implementation Lab for eligible first-time patients This service is available only to Florida residents. It is designed to complement—not replace—care from your oncology team and is not appropriate for urgent or emergency medical concerns. Ongoing medical management beyond the included follow-up visit is available through separately scheduled follow-up care or the 90-Day Concierge program.
